Our Intelligence Training and Evaluation Workshop Program prepares screened candidates for cyber-intelligence related jobs, and provides an evaluation platform for prospective employers.

Various government agencies and private sector companies have significant demand for qualified candidates with cyber security, intelligence, cyber-intelligence and related skills applicable to a broad variety of job classifications.

  Workshops and evaluation exercises

This program focuses on training candidates in essential cyber-intelligence related skills through workshops and evaluation exercises while providing a recruitment vehicle for prospective employers and the intelligence community for these positions.

    Candidates receive "Employer" specific training in:

    In addition to acquisition of a significant training credential, candidates also receive individual mentoring and counseling on résumé enhancement.

    Candidates have direct contact with the CIA, State Department and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), as well as other members of the intelligence community and prospective employers, and may be selected by these agencies during the workshop for further processing.

    There is no charge for candidates to participate in workshops, however they are required to cover any airfare and lodging expenses. Stipends may be available.

  • Recruiting entity benefits

    A recruiting entity (agency) is able to:

    • Access a screened pool of candidates
    • Observe and evaluate prospective employees in a simulated operational environment during prepared exercises
    • Select candidates during the workshop for further processing
    • Interview and recruit multiple candidates in a single venue
    • Guide and develop potential candidates for future employment

    Candidates are drawn from multi-state regional areas, and screened to ensure a quality pool for recruitment.

  • Program duration

    The entire program takes four days; two days of training workshops and two days of evaluation exercises.

    Venue requirements

    The venue should offer one or two rooms for the training workshop, and three to four rooms for the evaluation exercises.
